The 7th January Victory Day marks the invasion of Cambodia by Vietnam in 1979 and eventually liberated Cambodia from the Khmer Rouge rule. Since then, the ruling Cambodian People's Party, which was propped up by the invading Vietnamese forces, has celebrated the day as a liberation day, while critics and the oppositions considered it an invasion day. So, should we celebrate January 7?
