The melody of this song is so beautiful which makes me want to listen again and again but the lyric is beyond my understanding and makes me feel humble to the point of incomprehension without the help of real story behind this song. Since I'm so conditioned to the title of many songs like Champa Battambang, Champey Siem Reab,Rumduol Surin etc.. I'm tend to believe that Kandal is the proper name of a real girl or implied to the girl who live in Kandal province ? How could you use the word អូន after the word Kandal if kandal is simply an adjective or adverb meaning middle?
Anyone who knew the real meaning of this song please help!!!
