Hun Sen Back From China Nearly Empty-Handed [Hun Sen has made Cambodia an international beggar, but begging this time doesn't work]

Hun Sen shakes hand with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
BY  | the cambodia daily, SEPTEMBER 17, 2014
Prime Minister Hun Sen on Tuesday returned from his one-day trip to China, where he met with Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli and requested the country keep its interest rate low for Chinese loans to Cambodia, as well as provide concessional loans to advance Cambodia’s rice industry and assist in the country’s national defense, an official said.
But Mr. Zhang said he would have to review the requests.
“Samdech requested to keep the interest rate low at 1.25 percent, so it does not reach 2 percent. Samdech Prime Minister Hun Sen also requested China provide concessional loans to build a warehouse storing rice, which is a vital goal for our government,” Kao Kim Hourn, a delegate minister to Mr. Hun Sen, told reporters at the Phnom Penh International Airport upon Mr. Hun Sen’s return.
Mr. Kim Hourn said Mr. Hun Sen also requested that China lift the tariff on Cambodia’s rice exports without a quota limit, and assist in national defense.
Mr. Kim Hourn said, however, that Mr. Zhang said China would have to review all but one of Mr. Hun Sen’s requests.
“Mr. Gaoli welcomed the increasing imports of Cambodian agricultural products to China. On the other hand, he will thoroughly review Cambodia’s other requests,” he said.

For 30 plus you have been in power, you've got no resources to build a warehouse - storing rice? And yet look at your Villas with multiple roof tops, your luxurious vehicles...what a crook...corrupt to the teeth. I can only scratch my head.

CPP made Cambodia a beggars. Those large wearhouse will probably costing less than $15 millions. At this time Cambodia will probably needed about 1 large wearhouse in rice producing provinces. This probably costing around $100 millions. Cambodia govt. GDP is over $ 4.3 billions, Mr. PM you are telling Khmers that you can't set aside $100 millions for the nation future food security. Independent economists in America stated that Cambodia was loosing almost $600 millions per year just to corruptions. Clean up only 15% of corruptions already have enough money for Cambodia infrastructures building. Sham ! Sham ! Sham ! Lol. When are you FAT CATS eaten enough ?

people should be thankful that he could not get or borrow any more money from anyone... because it is the people who will be paying back that money plus interest while those at the top gets to pocket most of the money borrowed.... soon you will be paying taxes out of your ears... there is even death tax in the US...you still need to pay tax even though you are lying dead in the coffin...
