Siam knew we are under funded and under man powers, that why they did what they can get away with. Our border areas with Siam are most forest and very sparsely populated, so Khmers farmers can't see what Siam are doing at night. Hun Sen and CPP had neglected the army for so long that they are are not capable of protecting Cambodia-Thai border covered larger areas. The Khmer army only capable of protecting the Preah Vihear itself only, they areas around temple are still occupied by Siam invaders. Even though International Court of Justices had ruled in Cambodia favors November 2011. Our small ill equiped just stared at Siam, that all they can do. Siam wanted a piece of Cambodia's pie just like Viets had already swalloned up large parts of Cambodia border areas and several of our islands in the Gulf of Thailand. Larger areas of the sea ( fishing grounds, tourism,crude oil, natural gas, corral reefs) are now belonged to Viet thieves. Sad, shame of this Khmer puppet's govt.

What happen to the troop that suppose to patrol the border? And how the Thai move the marking stone?
