Ah Yong Yuon Hun Sen must be punished at the International Stage (ICC) because this stupid CPP leader (a puppet of Yuon/Vietnamese) has created a new strategy to kill Cambodia people by using his Vietnamese secret agents as fake doctors to transmit HIV aids from one person to another.

I remember some years ago that Ah Yong Yuon Hun Sen blocked Microsoft CEO/Founder Bill Gate to fund some millions of dollars to provide the vaccines and offer the services for Cambodian people to get HIV/AIDS tests to protect themselves.
