Meach Sovannara
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Meach Sovannara, head of opposition party's information and media department, remains in detention in Prey Sar prison after Court of Appeal rejected his bail request in the hearing Friday morning.
Meanwhile, Khun Leang Meng, presiding judge of Appeal Court, decided to release Ouch Pich Samnang, activist of Cambodia National Rescue Party, on bail in the same hearing.
Meach Sovannara was arrested on November 11, while he was on the back seat of his vehicle near the Freedom Park. Police read court warrant to him before his arrest.
He was accused of leading insurrection, inciting crime and protests which turned violence on July 15 near Naga Bridge.
Chuong Cho Ngy, Sovannara's defense lawyer, said after the hearing that Court of Appeal decided not to release Meach Sovannara on bail because it claimed that Phnom Penh Municipal Court has already closed investigation and to hear his case so the court should have him detained for court proceedings.
"There is no evidence and witnesses who saw he led insurrection, but what he had done on July 15 was that he had expressed his opinion and asked the protesters not to commit violence," he said.
The lawyer said he would discuss with his client in order to forward the case to Supreme Court in two weeks.

THE CURRENT PEACE IN CAMBODIA IS A TICKING TIMING BOMB THAT WHEN EXPLODED – A FEW DECADES LATER FROM TODAY – KHMER PEOPLE WILL BECOME A MINORITY IN CAMBODIA, AND CAMBODIA WILL BECOME A PART OF THE EVIL VIETNAM
Our history has clearly shown that Vietnam wanted to swallow Cambodia a long time ago. Its ambition has been accentuated and reactivated by a devil named Ho Chi Minh who wanted to create a federation composing of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Lao – entirely controlled by Vietnam.
In order to accomplish Ho Chi Minh’s goal, Vietnam has abducted thousands of Khmer children, brainwashed them, making them a killing machine for Vietnam. Vietnam called this killing machine Khmer Vietminh.
One Khmer researcher in France, Ms Bosba, has revealed Vietnam’s technique to train those Khmer children to become a killing machine.
For example, one day during lunch, a Vietnamese trainer told the child “A” that the child “G” was not faithful to “ANGKA LEU”; you (A) must kill “G”.
“A” blatantly refused to kill “G” citing that “G” is my friend. That Vietnamese trainer shot the child “A” right away for refusing to execute his order in front of other Khmer children, scaring them and forcing them to execute all orders from Vietnam or “AngKar Leu” in the future.
The genocide during the Pol Pot’s era was largely stemming from this brainwashed Khmer Vietminh.
Khmer people and the international community should understand and know how cruel this evil Vietnam is. This is the fact. This evil Vietnam has been and will be using Khmer hands to kill Khmer. Or Vietnam used the Vietnamese who have been integrated seamlessly into the current Cambodia government to kill Khmer.\
If we contemplate into Cambodia’s history in the last 60 years, we can see that Vietnam has always created the wars in Cambodia.
1- After Cambodia got independence from France in 1953, the Vietminh forces refused to leave Cambodia. Only the 1955 Geneva conference that forced those Vietminh forces to leave Cambodia. While leaving, they abducted thousands of Khmer children and brainwashed them to come back and killed Khmer people during the Pol Pot’s era.
2- After the 1970, the Vietnamese forces had ferociously attacked the Lon Nol’s government.
3- After 1975, Vietnam always created problems with Pol Pot, who had refused to submit to Vietnam.
4- In 1979, Vietnam launched a full scale invasion into Cambodia and installed its puppet government.

After 1979, Vietnam had ALLOWED Cambodia to have peace after it had successfully installed its puppet government of Hun Sen to facilitate its Vietnamization of Cambodia’s policy.
But this peace is extremely dangerous for Cambodia because of the following factors:
- Vietnam has sent millions of its citizens to live in Cambodia.
- Vietnam has forced its slave Hun Sen to concede a vast land concession to Vietnam for 99 years.
- The Vietnamese who live inside Cambodia have destroyed most of Khmer natural resource.
- The hidden Vietnamese agents have tightly controlled Hun Sen’s government. For example, a young Vietnamese with Khmer name, Thong Sarath, is a 2 stars general. How many thousands more of Thong Sarath who are currently controlled Hun Sen’s government?
- The traitor Hun Sen and the evil Vietnam did not comply with the 1991 Paris Peace Accord, etc...
Notice that every time that Hun Sen lost the election, in 1993 and in 2013, Vietnam has renewed its attack on Cambodia through its puppet government. So, NO puppet government, NO peace in Cambodia.
Presently, Vietnam has been successfully set all the necessary plans it needed to swallow Cambodia. Time is on Vietnam’s side. As time passes, the number of the Vietnamese will get bigger and bigger – from new born and nonstop infiltration from Vietnam.
A few decades from now, Vietnam will be legally absorbed Cambodia through the general election. That’s why Khmer people should not be complacent with the current peace because Cambodia will be dead a few decades from today.
Finally, I would like to exhort and implore to all Khmer nationalists who have thought about creating a new party to think twice because your action will only serve Vietnam’s interest. Time is not on our side. Please learn how to envision the repercussion of the consequence of your acts. The CNRP is not perfect but it is way better than the Yuon’s slave party CPP. Please help the CNRP to win and remove this evil Vietnam’s grip over Cambodia first, and then you can create a new party after the CNRP got the power. We must unite to fight our common enemy if we want to see Cambodia alive in the future. Put your “genius” Doctors’ ideas aside in the meantime.

Either way, what city Khmerization blogger is living in, what city Khmerization.blogspot is being hosted at is irrelevant. By asking about the city, it shows that you Khmer folks are stupid and just plain-o-dunno.
A blog is just a logical entity. Physically, it could be mapped to one of a server which could be in any of the google's data center.
At best, the blog owner can choose a time zone so that all posts/comment can be synchronized and referenced with time.
I have read thousand of books and tens of thousand of articles. My knowledge is vastly superior over the entire Khmer race. You folks should bow down to my superiority and learn some.

I once did a social experience in an online game. I found a huge guild using Lord Mengchang's system and it worked wonderfully. My guild was ten times as big as an average guild.
Over time, trouble brew, my Generals wanted to grab power and excluded the people in the guild from the use of the city. They wanted to reserve the use of the guild's city to only high ranking officers.
I was the founder and bought the city, funded everything in the guild, but the Generals were the ones who had a lot of times to operate the guilds. Now they wanted more perks and powers.
I told them, "The city is for everyone to use. If you are spending too much time running the guild, you let me know, I find someone else to help you."
The Generals did not want help or stepping down, they wanted to do more work and hold more power. So...eventually, they wanted to push me out of the guild so that they can run the guild themselves. They also wanted to take over my city and all of my properties.
They lied to the people and got a lot of the people to support them.
I managed to fight them all and pushed them out, one by one. So, I can see why Pol Pot were harsh with the Cambodian people. Most people are stupid and greedy, listening to lies, so Pol Pot would not hesitate to waste a few of them.
Just look at how stupid the Khmers on this forum. I am sure any leader would want better citizens such as the pretty and smart Vietnamese as citizens instead of the ugly and angry Khmer.
We all know the Khmer race has been creamed by the Thais repeatedly through the sacking of the Khmer capitals over hundred of years right? Smart and brave Khmer died in battles or got captured, taken away. We have left were the angry, coward and stupid Khmer.

Gog you are too right, you know too well of how our world evolved from and is running by a system that base on the bloody history of the past and the new greed history of the present. I though I have been a lone seeing UN just as a lame duck organization. Have UN done a lot of change since it have been created, in 1945, after the second world war? I think UN hasn’t done enough for the safe guard and providing the need for the well being of third world countries and the demand of humanity for a better new world.
We all have seen and been sadden and frustrated seeing our fellow human being suffered so much abused through starvation or even genocide from Africa, Middle-East to Asia,under the big wide eyes of the UN. Cases such as in Cambodia ,1975-79 2.5 million were killed out of 7 million and in Rwanda,1997 , 1 million Rwandan killed 1997 of civil war, a small different concept of life between Hutu and Tutsi. Famine in Ethiopia and recently in Somali, in the age of Humanity have possessed the magical know-how such as to reach the Mar, to use GMC ,DNA and stem cell to reverse the age or just a light touch of a finger on a keyboard, Missiles can be sent to a right target not more than a meter over or less than; or a vase a mount of transaction of money can be sent to a foreign account, thousand miles away. Yes, we are in a new age of high tech ,where Gene is our servant that taking us light years away from the core principle of morality and the quest of a big question of what are we all living for?

Thong Sarath on the run to avoid the unjust Cambodian police. He seems to be innocent. The victim wife already made two statements:
1. She never met, never heard her husband mentioned about Thong Sarath.
2. She said that the Cambodian police never talked to her to get any information for the investigation. She wanted to give information on who were the enemies of her husband.
See, the wife of the victim did not want fake arrest. She wanted the real culprit to be punished. But the Cambodian police seems to create cases to eliminate Vietnamese Cambodians in Cambodia. I say, it's time to roll the mighty Vietnamese army in again and restore justice/order.
