PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Heng Samrin, Honorary Chairman of the ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP) said on Wednesday that the CPP is committed to honoring the political agreement with Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP).
He said during the commemoration ceremony of 36th anniversary of January 7th Victory held at CPP's headquarters in Chamkar Morn district.
"CPP would like to reaffirm its position willingly and honestly in implementing all articles mentioned in a statement on result of summit between CPP and CNRP on November 28, 2014 to ensure the full implementation of agreement reached between the two parties on July 22," Samrin told the ceremony.
"The promotion of culture of dialogue with all parties is the best means for solving any challenges."

The Cpp history is to accept and allow Yuon colonialist to invade their own country Cambodia . What kind of crazy leader of one country sovereign, to celebrate the victory day of another sovereign enemy who succeed their mission of invasion of his own country .
