Pen Savanna is the greatest Khmer hero,we have ever had. He stood firm against hanoi'dmurky plan to swallow Cambodia, which led to his imprisonmentioned, in Vietnam for 10 years,he did not care about hislost of his power as Prime Minister in 1979 _82 as long as Cambodia survive.

He live as an ordinary man, raising chicken to support his life, yet his extraordinary sacrificed life/foot step for the new generations and history to be followed and judged.

I would like all Khmer not to forget him,he deserved to be lifted.

May God bless him.

Hi, my friend Khmenhwatt,

but there are only a few men are greater than family and power in our world. If you don't trust him,he will be a forgoten hero.We must judge for what man has inside of him rather for what he had engaged with his viet wife. He was young when vietcong took him to the brain -washed school in Hanoi with many hundreds other young Khmers, but he is the only one who remains loyal and faithful to his nation and motherland despite he had been promoted to high ranking officer and offered his wife, who is the nephew of Pham Van Dong, the elite ruler of Hanoi. I believe, when man reach the state of wisdom,he will always sides with truth and justice, nothing else could or would border him. For example Buddha left his palace forgood, Jess would not afraid to be sacrificed on the cross next to the robber body on the cross.

Happy New Year Khmenhwatt.
