ភ្នំពេញៈ ប្រតិកម្មជាបន្តបន្ទាប់លើបណ្តាញសង្គមហ្វេសប៊ុក ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការមិនបន្តទិដ្ឋាការរបស់បុរសជនជាតិអេស្ប៉ាញ លោក អាឡិចហ្សង់ដ្រូ ហ្គន់សាឡេស ដេវិតសិន ដែលជាសកម្មជនការពារធម្មជាតិក្នុងតំបន់ជាយអារ៉ែងនោះ នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទនេះ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានចេញមុខ ថ្លែងជាសាធារណៈ ព្រមានទៅអ្នកនយោបាយមួយចំនួនកុំជ្រៀកជ្រែក និងធ្វើឲ្យរវល់ដល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងទិដ្ឋាការរបស់សកម្មជនរូបនេះ និងបានថ្លែងធ្វើការគាំទ្រនូវចំណាត់ការផ្លូវច្បាប់របស់ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ លើសកម្មជនបរទេសរូបនេះទេ។
លោកថ្លែងព្រមានបែបនេះ បន្ទាប់ពី លោក កឹម សុខា អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ និងជាអនុប្រធានទី១នៃរដ្ឋសភា បានផ្ញើលិខិតមួយទៅប្រធានរដ្ឋសភាលោក ហេង សំរិន និងមួយទៀតផ្ញើថ្វាយព្រះមហាក្សត្រ អន្តរាគមន៍បន្តទិដ្ឋាការឲ្យលោក អាឡិច ដើម្បីមានសិទ្ធិបន្តស្នាក់នៅកម្ពុជា។ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ប្រធានគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានផ្ញើលិខិតជូនរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ លោក ស ខេង ដោយស្នើឲ្យលោក ស ខេង អន្តរាគមន៍ចំពោះរឿងនេះដែរ។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីចែកសញ្ញាបត្រដល់និស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ហ៊ុន សែន មានប្រសាសន៍ថា «គេ (រដ្ឋាភិបាល) សុខចិត្តឲ្យនៅរហូតដល់អស់ទិដ្ឋាការ។ អញ្ចឹងយើង (លោក អាឡិច) ចេញទៅសិនទៅ រួចហើយចាំសុំត្រឡប់មកវិញ វាទាស់ខុសអី។ កុំឲ្យស្ថានការណ៍កាន់តែអាក្រក់ ដែលអាចនឹងនាំឲ្យមានការបណ្តេញចេញ និងត្រូវចូលបញ្ជីខ្មៅរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល»។
លោកបន្ត ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាជារដ្ឋអធិបតេយ្យមួយ ហើយប្រសិនបើជនបរទេស និងប្រជាជនខ្មែរណាបំពាន គឺត្រូវតែមានទោស និងបានស្នើឲ្យអ្នកនយោបាយមួយចំនួនពិចារណាលើករណីនេះ ដោយលើកឡើងថាមិនមានជនបរទេសណាដែលស្រឡាញ់ខ្មែរជាងប្រជាជនខ្មែរ នោះទេ។
លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា «… សង្ឃឹមថារឿងអស់ទាំងនេះ ត្រឹមតែរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីមហាផ្ទៃ ដោះស្រាយបានហើយ។ គេទៅរំខានដល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រណោះ»។
ក្នុងកម្មវិធីដដែលនេះ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានថ្លែងរិះគន់ និងច្រានចោល តបទៅអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលមួយចំនួន ដែលថា លោកប្រើអំណាចបំពានលើអំណាចតុលាការ ក្នុងករណីចាប់ខ្លួនឪពុកម្តាយរបស់លោកថោង សារ៉ាត់ មកដាក់ពន្ធនាគារវិញ។

I am so sorry about your political short sight and malfunction mechanism of the opposition party to jumped in and protected,this illegality of this individual . I like this man work , i praise his doing to save the treasure, and Khmer forest
. but you need to think about,law of the country, against the sympathizing of individual .This is not a smart leadership of a political party at all . You Know the ruling party with background of using all law and dictator tactical to defeat your party, but you still jump in and let them ( the CPP )Trashed you and showed to Khmer people, that you are powerless,a complete clown of one foreigner. How did you created shame on yourself like this? Traitor and their team look smarter than your team, why no one in your group can advise you about this situation ?
