លោក សុខ សូកាន អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ ដែលជាកូនប្រុសរបស់លោក សុខ អាន ត្រូវបានតែងតាំងឲ្យក្លាយជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តមកពីគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំមណ្ឌលតាកែវ ជំនួសលោក ស ឃុន អតីតរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ដែលបានទទួលមរណភាពកាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ។
តំណាងរាស្រ្តគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា លោក ឈាង វុន ប្រាប់VODថាការដាក់លោក សុខ សូកាន នេះដើម្បីជាការផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់យុវជនរបស់បក្ស ដែលមានសមត្ថភាព។ លោកមានប្រសាសន៍ថា«យើងជំរុញឲ្យយុវជនមានតួនាទីធំៗនៅក្នុងបក្ស ក៏ដូចជានៅក្នុងរដ្ឋ មានរដ្ឋសភា មានរដ្ឋាភិបាល មានអង្គការផ្សេងៗ។ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកាន គាត់ជាយុវជន គឺចំកាលៈទេសៈពេលវេលា ដែលគណបក្សប្រជាជនកែទម្រង់….នេះដើម្បីធ្វើយ៉ាងណា ដើម្បីឲ្យយុវជនគាត់មានសមត្ថភាព បញ្ចេញនូវសមត្ថភាពរបស់គាត់ផង។ យើងចង់ឲ្យយុវជនមកជំនួសយើងនៅថ្ងៃក្រោយ។នៅក្នុងគណបក្សប្រជាជន [សមាជិក]មានអាយុច្រើនហើយៗ យើងចង់បានយុវជនច្រើនជួយធ្វើការ»។
គួររំឮកថា លោក សុខ អាន សព្វថ្ងៃជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តប្រចាំមណ្ឌលខេត្តតាកែវ។ កាលពីការបោះឆ្នោតអាណត្តិទី៥ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣ លោក សុខ សូកាន បានឈរឈ្មោះជាបេក្ខជនតំណាងរាស្រ្តគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាប្រចាំមណ្ឌលខេត្តតាកែវ។ ប៉ុន្តែលោកមិនបានជាប់ឆ្នោតនោះទេ ដោយសារគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាថយចុះអាសនៈ។ អាសនៈតំណាងរាស្រ្តសភានៅក្នុងខេត្តតាកែវ មាន៨អាសនៈ ដែលក្នុងនោះគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទទួលបាន៤អាសនៈ និងគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិទទួលបាន៤អាសនៈ។

He still a baby ,why cpp promote him to be place in high rank of politician ,this is showing hun sen prepare to hold his power until he die,young student who support cpp if you don't have any relative inside the to government ,you may not have a dream to a personnel in high staff any office,you only serve as a secretary or clean up the office never become a general or senator in the parliament.
Now really what does he really know, most pretend and appear to be intellect, but genuinely and the real attribution of these younger generation is in question.
I personally on several occasion had interacted with these supposedly educated and intellectual. I find them to be somewhat mediocre, not to mention that they earned master or higher degree. Most of them lack of the informative of general knowledge of life.
What they really need to improve their experience and genuinely in the appropriate stature that equal or the endurance they went through involving their education.
they must allow themselves to participate and get their feet wet in real life work force the true democracy country, e.g. United States or European countries, to compete in the global market with the REAL competitors and successful in the competition, to get real experience and knowledgeable as a genuine competitor and understand the quality of true competition for at least several years, then bring your skills back home.
If they can endure that, I personal respect their education. If they incapable of allow themselves to be a true competitor, regardless what degree they earned from foreign countries. I personally have absolutely no respect of their education and so-called intelligence. Nevertheless, of their education and degree earned.
I would consider them in a "mediocracy category".
Thus, they continue to be the modern "PUPPET" of Yuon, and will NEVER be self-efficient and never will having real quality people in the country. Not to mention that our education system and due to extremely low quality of education in the country, as a result, Khmer's life continued to be suffering in poverty, unreliable, loss of territories, control by foreigners, deterioration of infrastructure and a country as a whole, the world continue to feed us, gradually disappearance of our religion and culture, diminishing of our population and increasing of foreigners.
Very dangerous scenario and soon will becomes a reality, my fellow-Khmer.
Those younger generation that the CPP government in putting up there to hopefully leading the country, it's a big joke.
I bet the first thing they want to learn is to make friend with their compadre and to continue bleeding Khmer's blood, something they learned from their predecessors. Yes, that what my country is all about. Very unfortunate for Khmer, Cambodia, Kampuchea....Khmer will continue to shed tears in their heart.
Sok An's son needs to be elected by the people first, but this thief Sok An does not not even know that Khmer or Cambodian people will not going to vote for him and his son, but. Sok An used his power and wealth to choose his useless son to be a Khmer/Cambodian representative.
If his son runs the campaign in the public and gives speech to the voters, their communist speech or poop from Yuon Hanoi will not convince the voter. This is how they cheat and select as the communist style like Vietcong, China, Laos, etc.
