TO SURVIVE, WE MUST STAY UNITED WITH THE CNRP, IGNORING SOME MISTAKES COMMITTED BY THE CNRP’S LEADERS

We must learn from history.

Pol Pot got help from Yuon to fight his own people, the Lon Nol/Sirimatak government who defended Cambodia against the Yuon's expansionist.

Pol Pot and Sihanouk – if they truly love Cambodia – should have left Lon Nol/Sirimatak alone.

Youn used Khmer traitors to fight Khmer. That was the recent past history.

Now, we should look at the present time.

Khem Veasna, Mam Sonando keep attacking the CNRP every day, claiming that the CNRP's leaders did not respect and keep their promises.

I understand that the CNRP's leaders made some mistakes after the 2013 election.

But we should not do or say something that would exacerbate the problems.

The solution is to stay united with the CNRP.

When the CPP unilaterally declared that it was the winner again in the next election or it refused to concede its defeat, we should help the CNRP by again mounting a huge mass peaceful demonstration demanding the loser to transfer the power to the winner, but this time we should not run away when the Hun Sen’s “third hands” force moved in.

At this particular time (after the third hands force moved in), when the CNRP’s leaders told the demonstrators to take a break and go home, we must defy their orders if we really wanted to save Cambodia. If the CNRP’s leaders were still behaving like chicken, we will not listen to them.

WE WILL NEVER ABLE TO SAVE CAMBODIA WITHOUT SACRIFICING OUR LIVES. PLEASE BE REALISTIC.

The evil Vietnam will relive its grip over Cambodia if and only if the international community put too much pressure on it.

The international community, especially the signatory countries of the Paris Peace Accord, will assertively intervene when there were so many deaths stemming from the violent suppression of the peaceful demonstration demanding the loser CPP to concede its defeat and transfer the power to the CNRP.

That’s why we must stay united with the CNRP to win the next election and this time we will NOT listen to the CNRP’s leaders when they do or say something stupid to derail our goal – claiming our electoral victory.

Bun Thoeun, I like your take on this political saga. In order to achieve something negotiation, you have to compromise. Otherwise, you have a a deadlock. A lose-lose situation. Patience is a virtue.

Begin of Drgunzet's comment.

Sam Rainsy made so many claims he was going to sue Mr. Hun Sen over:

1. The death of the Cambodian movie star. He claimed he had evidence from France.

Why have Sam Rainsy not sued Mr. Hun Sen? Rainsy could have put away Mr. Hun Sen for the death of that very attractive movie star, spare the people from protesting, fights, batons, deaths, damages to the garment industry.

But Rainsy chose not to sue Mr. Hun Sen, but incited the people to the street to fight for him. I say, Rainsy lied, he did not have any evidence against Mr. Hun Sen.

2. CNRP claimed they had the support from the Cambodian army. Tea Banh immediately made it clear the Cambodian army was loyal to the constitution. It meant the Cambodian was not supporting CNRP.

Liars.

3. Rainsy claimed he was to sue Mr. Hun Sen over Vic Chea's assassination. Then nothing happened.

4. Many Rainsy's supporters died in the grenade attack in 1997. Rainsy would not sue Mr. Hun Sen. But Rainsy said, "I will sue Mr. Hun Sen, if he sues me [over the defamation]."

Rainsy claimed he had evidence to prove Mr. Hun Sen was behind the grenade attack thus he will prevail over the counter-suit. But if he had such evidence, why didn't he sue Mr. Hun Sen and put him away for good? Then there will be no need for mass street protest. CNRP would win right?

Rainsy is a liar.
