In Vietnam, the IT sector is booming. Vietnam is fast becoming an outsource country for Software.
A Vietnamese Software/IT personnel makes 1,000 to 3,000 US dollars a month!

So, Sam Rainsy caused so much damage to Cambodia's economy. There is no way Cambodia can compete with Vietnam in the future.
